Gratitude is the only way to be with yourself. Gratitude means complete acceptance of this present moment, gratitude means surrender. Where there are acceptance and surrender there is peace, stillness, awareness and right understanding. Complain and confusion cannot sustain in front of gratitude. You are thrown out from your inner center to out whenever you do complain. Yoga helps you to be more aware so that you live a life without complaining and prepare you to be grateful for ‘what it is’.
